DAY 1: MARRAKECH – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – KASBAH AIT BEN HADDOU – BOUMALNE DADES VALLEY (6 HOURS DRIVE)
On the first day of the tour, we depart from Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas Mountains via winding, steep roads. We will pass through the Tizi n’Tichka pass, reaching an altitude of 2260 meters, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscapes. After descending the mountains, we will visit one of the tour’s highlights – the UNESCO World Heritage site of Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. This fortified village, located along the ancient caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech, has served as the backdrop for several famous films due to its historic appearance. Continuing along the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs, we will reach our accommodation for the night in the Dades Valley.

DAY 2: BOUMALNE DADES VALLEY – TINGHIR – TODRA GORGE – MERZOUGA (4 HOURS DRIVE)
After a hearty breakfast, we set off for Merzouga with a four-hour drive. Along the way, we will stop in the small town of Tinghir, explore the Todra oasis, and visit the Todra canyons. We will also pass through the towns of Erfoud and Rissani before arriving in Merzouga. Upon arrival, a camel caravan will greet us, and we will embark on an hour-long ride through the Erg Chebbi dunes, timed to coincide with the stunning Sahara sunset. We will spend the night in a Bedouin-style desert camp.

DAY 3: MERZOUGA
On the third day, we will enjoy a relaxing morning in Merzouga, starting with breakfast at the hotel. You’ll have time to swim in the hotel pool and explore the surrounding desert area. There are also optional activities available, such as quad biking, buggy riding, and cycling across the dunes (at your own expense). The day will end with a fine dinner and an overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA – OUARZAZATE – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKECH (9 HOURS DRIVE)
The final day involves a long 9-hour drive back to Marrakech. We will begin with breakfast and make a stop in Ouarzazate for lunch. We are expected to arrive back in Marrakech around 19:00.
